Theresa J. Harvey

Theresa celebrates a career in the mortgage industry that reaches back to 1984 and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD.)  Unique to her professional experience, is the range of skill and knowledge she has to offer.

Through the years, Theresa has spent time as a mortgage processor, closer, originator and more recently, a contract underwriter.  Her expansive knowledge of the entire loan process, and familiarity with the intricacies of achieving a loan approval, make her an undeniable asset to the Priority Mortgage Team.

A proud mother of three and grandmother of a beautiful granddaughter, Theresa has deep roots in the Johnstown and Ohio Valley (Martins Ferry) areas.  When she isn't taking time out to enjoy her family, she's loading up her clubs and hitting the fairways!

As the Director of Business Development, Theresa is always looking to meet new and energized people in the mortgage industry.
